MGTS is an educational charity that first began operating in 1965. We specialise in engineering apprenticeships, training and assessment provision and have Technical Centres in Coventry and Redditch.

We work in partnership with a wide range of companies from SMEs to global operators, all within a diverse range of industries including manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, food & drink and logistics.

MGTS Technical Centres are equipped with modern industry standard equipment, providing learners with a solid foundation for the workplace. All Trainers have worked in industry and are fully qualified engineers.
